I currently work in a public library and am participating in the State Library Learning course to up-date my computer knowledge and to be able to advise library customers on how to use the current technology. Blogs are already used within our library system but I believe they could be used more constructively for advertising whats happening and whats new in the library. By the end of this course I'm hoping to have learnt how many different ways blogs can be used in the library, be able to use blogs proficiently and with confidence, and to be able to pass this knowledge on to our patrons.
I will be completing this course with my co-workers and am looking forward to learning and having fun whilst we muddle our way through it! Any advice on blogging is welcome and greatly appreciated.
